Where we deliver

We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only.

Cost

Free tracked UK delivery on every order. No minimum spend.

How long it takes

Orders arrive in 7–12 working days. Your order ships from our partner warehouse overseas, which is how we keep prices where they are.

Tracking

Every order is tracked. We email you the tracking link as soon as your parcel moves, usually within 2 working days of your order.

Customs and VAT

Prices include UK VAT. There's nothing extra to pay on delivery.

Running late?

If your order hasn't arrived 12 working days after you placed it, email us at hello@haleclothing.co.uk. A person will reply within one working day. If it doesn't turn up, we'll send a replacement or refund you in full, and you won't need to send anything back.
